The professional legal services provided to clients by Wolf Goodman LLC are billed at $175 per hour.  However, depending on the types of legal services requested, a flat rate may be quoted.

If a flat rate is quoted, we do not charge hourly for attorney-client communications whether by telephone, e-mail or other means.  We believe that communication is the key to a successful attorney-client relationship and that a client should not neglect to contact us because they are fearful of being over-billed by their lawyer.  The flat rate is also excellent for small to medium sizes businesses seeking to accurately budget their legal costs.

A separate retainer deposit will be required upon the establishment of an attorney-client relationship. Unused portions of any retainer will be returned. Please see our Legal Disclaimer for details concerning the attorney-client relationship.
